Canada's National Seniors Day - Flag Raising Ceremony in Windsor, Ontario!

OSSCO Board Member & CARP Windsor-Essex President, Larry Dunfield organized a flag raising ceremony to celebrate Canada's National Seniors Day and the UN International Day of Older Persons. Seniors represent the strongest local demographic in numbers and in election participation, so Windsor's seniors showed up to this event on Monday October 1, 2018.
