Speaker: Amanda Satov, Naturopathic Doctor
Amanda is a Toronto native with a passion for food and a love for all things that support the journey we are on. She believes in the powers of what we put in our body, and who and what we surround ourselves with. Amanda has grown up wanting to help others and it wasn't until she found Naturopathic Medicine that she knew how she would do it. Using herbs, food, nourishment and energetic medicines, Amanda is here to help you remember your innate state of wellness with a patient-centred approach to health. As a Naturopathic Doctor, she focuses on the foundations of health; sleep movement, food and connection. Amanda sees patients as awhole person, and take into account everything that makes you you. Together, she will work to empower you and your health.
Tuesdays with OSSCO is free for adults 55+. Light refreshments will be served. Registration is required.
