The Role of Vitamins in Health and Aging

Following Canada’s Food Guide is the accepted eating plan for a balanced diet. As we age it becomes more challenging due to lack of appetite, dental issues, budget restraints and even reduced mobility which can prevent us from sourcing the foods our body needs. Supplements are sometimes considered a reasonable option when we face these challenges.

This February 27, 2018 Dr. John Stewart will share his expert insights in The Role of Vitamins in Health and Aging. In this workshop, you will learn:

  • What ageing actually is at the biochemical and cellular levels.• The role of stem cells in ageing and health.
  • The role of your nutrition on stem cell growth.
  • Why the more accurate term for Vitamins is Nutrition Insurance, not supplements.
  • Why a nutrient present in the food you eat does not mean your biochemical mechanisms can remove and absorb it.
  • A different and critical way to understand "vitamin deficiency".
  • How to answer one of the most important questions of human life, did you receive the Guarantee from Mother Nature?
  • The critical role of your cell membranes in health and ageing, what you need to do about it.
