As part of the Fit For Life Project Flemingdon Health Centre will be offering training sessions for staff, family members/caregivers/volunteers that have an interest in engaging frail homebound older adults in a safe and effective home-based exercise program.
The Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging developed the Tiered Exercise Program to assist older adults with mobility challenges, who are at risk for falls, and are experiencing significant functional decline.
